AS OF 01 MAR 2022, UPDATE: MASK GUIDANCE FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FACILITIES.  In accordance with CDC guidance, the Department of Defense (DOD) requires all Service members, Federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear SURGICAL MASKS in all indoor Medical Treatment Facilities. We are currently offering appointments to ALL beneficiaries 18 years and older. 
You can schedule your appointment here.
We cannot offer COVID-19 vaccinations to individuals younger than 18 at our facility.
