Committed to Excellence. We continue to exemplify the best of Navy Medicine though innovation, quality care, technology, talent management and leadership. We have a unique charge providing health support in six locations across three states. At our core is the care and commissioning readiness of the Brigade of Midshipmen, 4500 strong. NHCA providers contribute to athlete development on and off the field and cover as team physician for 33 varsity sports teams and 26 Plebe/JV/club sports. Medical Strike Teams accompany Midshipmen through training evolutions, competitive screening events, and Brigade events. To that end we provide specialty care that is tailored to the medical needs of our Midshipmen to include our Concussion Center for Excellence and Sports Medicine.
