Sick Call

NHC Annapolis does not offer walk in sick call. All patient care is done through appointment which can be booked at www.tricareonline.com, through secure message at https://app.tolsecuremessaging.com/ or by calling 410-293-2273.

Physical Exams

Military specific physical exam like Periodic Health Assessments, retirement, end of service and overseas screens are done through our Readiness Department.  Please contact Readiness at 410-293-1339. You can start your Online PHA, then contact Readiness to schedule physician review. Your PHA is not complete until after your appointment in Readiness.

Active Duty Travel Screenings, Sexually Transmitted Infection Screenings (AD only), and Tuberculosis Monitoring is done by Preventive Medicine. Call to schedule appointment at 410-293-2273 to schedule with Preventive Medicine.
