NEW!! AS OF 01 MAR 2022, UPDATE: MASK GUIDANCE FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FACILITIES.  In accordance with CDC guidance, the Department of Defense (DOD) requires all Service members, Federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear SURGICAL MASKS in all indoor Medical Treatment Facilities. If you do not have a SURGICAL mask, one will be provided to you.

The Radiology Department at the North Severn clinic will be secured on 11 March 2022 from 0730-1600 in order to perform required preventative maintenance of our unit.

WALK-IN TESTING: For our symptomatic beneficiaries enrolled to NHC Annapolis who need COVID-19 testing, please come to the Naval Health Clinic Annapolis between the hours of 0800-1130 and 1300- 1400 Monday thru Friday (NOTE: clinic is closed on Federal Holidays). Sick Call

NHC Annapolis does not offer walk in sick call. All patient care is done through appointment which can be booked at, through secure message at or by calling 410-293-2273.

Physical Exams

Military specific physical exam like Periodic Health Assessments, retirement, end of service and overseas screens are done through our Readiness Department.  Please contact Readiness at 410-293-1339. You can start your Online PHA, then contact Readiness to schedule physician review. Your PHA is not complete until after your appointment in Readiness.

Active Duty Travel Screenings, Sexually Transmitted Infection Screenings (AD only), and Tuberculosis Monitoring is done by Preventive Medicine. Call to schedule appointment at 410-293-2273 to schedule with Preventive Medicine.
