• Medical surveillance evaluations and certification physicals
• Return to work and work limitations assessment

• Minor work related injuries during hours of operation.  Minor work related injuries after hours proceed to nearest Urgent Care Center
• Emergencies are time sensitive, call 911. The Occupational Medicine clinic at Lakehurst is unable to provide emergency services

For emergencies after hours, call 911 or go to nearest hospital emergency room. On the next working day, call and make a follow-up appointment with your Primary Care Manager.
If "Return to Duty" clearance is required please call for an appointment.

Based on the Occupational Safety and Health Act, this program ensures healthful working conditions by administering tests to assess the possible health effects of the hazards that you face on your job. OSHA-mandated medical tests are conducted as well as tests for toxic chemical exposure.
